FAB ist austrian market leader in the field of occupational integration. We aim to support job seekers in finding employment by the non-profit placement/ recruitment of workers and jobs or by monitored/supported employment.
The focus of our effort is on the people entrusted to us. We respond to individual needs and requirements by providing comprehensive, personalised assistance as needed.
Our partners are regional governments, the job service centres, public social assistance organisations, the Bundessozialamt (Federal Office for Social Affairs) and many business companies and communities
Our services for job seekers include a large amount of working areas:
Pro.Work
A sheltered workshop engaged in packaging, assembling, batch production, metalworking, printing, copying and mailing services; seminar rooms and provision of personnel.
Socio-economic workshops Proba and Reno OÖ
Socio-economic workshops committed to building and renovation, landscape and other gardening services, carpentry, relocation services, recycling management, food service and catering, office services, advertising assistance, cleaning services, seminar and event services.
Gemeinschaft ohne Alkohol (Community without alcohol) - GOA
Residential buildings and communities for people with alcohol problems; counselling, support and assistance in dealing with red tape, finding a home or a job, including leisure programmes.
Organos
Training and further education in the fields of interpersonal skills, in particular counselling and constellation work (life coach and social counsellor, systemic coach, systemic constellation work, supervisor).
Management consultancy (human resource development, gender mainstreaming, diversity management etc.): Seminarhaus St. Marienkirchen/Polsenz.
Labour foundations:
Outplacement, inplacement and corporate foundations for targeted reintegration of individuals who are out of job or threatened by unemployment. These foundations offer qualification measures, career guidance, educational planning and support in job searching.
Non-profit personnel placement services:
Monitored and supported personnel placement for physically impaired or disadvantaged persons to ensure their integration into the workforce. This is achieved by sourcing companies and supporting individuals while they adjust to a new job. It also includes personalised qualification.
Labour market integration measures:
In regions other than Upper Austria in particular, we provide services to the Public Employment Service (AMS) and the Bundessozialamt (Federal Office for Social Affairs) for all measures benefiting job seekers with regard to qualification, reintegration and placement support.
